摘要
目的:研究肠胃清颗粒最佳水煎提取工艺。方法:选择L_9(3~4)进行正交试验,以黄芪甲苷含量、浸膏得率和多糖含量作为检测指标,考察浸泡时间、煎煮时间、用水量等因素对水提效果的影响,优选肠胃清颗粒的最佳提取工艺。结果:肠胃清颗粒最佳提取工艺为加水浸泡0.5h,水煎3次,每次煎煮1.5h,每次用水量为药材的10倍量。结论:该工艺对有效成分的提取率高,且稳定可行。
Objective:To study the optimizing water extracting technology of Changweiqing Granule.Methods:The best extracting technology of Changweiqing Granule was optimized by selecting L_9(3~4)orthogonal test,making astragaloside content,extract yield and the polysaccharide content as the detection index,investigating the effect of soaking time,boiling time,water consumption and other factors on water extraction.Results:The best extracting technology of Changweiqing Granule was defined as follows:soaking 0.5h,water extracting for 3 times and 1.5h each time,10 folds of water.Conclusion:The technology has a high extraction rate of active ingredients and is stable and feasible.
