摘要
针对机车三相变压器在安全运行方面的强度问题,分析了变压器的结构,确定了其工况,处理了其边界条件,建立了力学模型及划分了网格。应用ANSYS软件对其静态结构强度和振动模态进行了有限元仿真分析,为该变压器的结构可靠性提供了重要的设计依据。经分析得知,该变压器的结构强度设计方案和刚度设计方案完全满足设计要求。
To test the reliability of static structure and vibration mode,this paper analyzes the structure of transformer,confirms working conditions,works out its boundary conditions,establishes mechanical model and generates mesh,and carries on finite element analysis of static structure and vibration mode by applying ANSYS software,which provides significant design foundation for reliability of transformer structure.Through analysis,it concludes that this structural strength and rigidity design plan completely meets the requirements.
