大型立式贮罐起吊方案研究

摘要 针对大型立式贮罐体积庞大、笨重的特点,为避免由于起吊不当而使封头受压失稳遭受损坏,提出起吊方案的改进建议。结合设备的结构特点详细介绍了起吊方案以及主吊和尾吊平衡梁的结构,并根据实际工况对梁的强度和稳定性进行了细致的计算分析与评定,从而研究出大型立式贮罐的起吊方案,为今后大型设备的安全起吊提供了有力保障。 Aiming at characteristics of bulkiness and ponderosity of the large vertical storage tank, in order to avoid damage on account of incorrect lifting way resulting in the head buckling under pressure load, improvement suggestion for the lifting project was put forward. Combined with equipment characteristics,the lifting way was introduced as well as structure of main lifting and tail lifting balance beam, in addition the strength and stability of balance beam were analyzed and estimated according factual working.Consequently, lifting project of the large vertical storage tank was researched, which can provide powerful guarantee for safe lifting of large equipment.
