摘要
采用发散合成法,以乙二胺为核与丙烯酸甲酯发生迈克尔加成反应合成4.0代树状聚酰胺胺。采用红外光谱和核磁共振波谱对合成产物的结构进行表征。研究得到了较好的合成条件和较高的合成产率。
Abs4.0 generation dendritic polyamide-amine (4.0G-PAMAM) was synthesized from ethylenediamine and methyl acrylate with Michael reaction by divergent method.Structure of synthetic products was characterized by infrared spectrography and 1H NMR spectroscopy. At last,the better synthesis conditions were gained.
