摘要
城市绿地设计规范的安全技术参数早已有之,但很多城市绿地的设计、建设和管理并未真正严格按规范执行,由此建成的绿地存在着诸多的安全隐患。然而,长期以来人们对此类安全问题并未引起足够重视。从城市道路绿化规划和公园设计规范入手,结合我国城市绿地建设的实际,着重分析城市街道绿地和公园绿地潜在的安全问题及其成因,探讨消除绿地安全隐患的途径,唤起城市绿地设计者、建设者、管理者和决策者对绿地安全隐患的足够重视,提升建成绿地的安全性。
Safety parameters about standard design of urban green area have existed.However,the standards in design,construction and management related to urban green areas have not been strictly undertaken,which have led to many potential safety hazards.Moreover,such issues have not been taken into consideration for a long time.Thus,it is of much importance to arouse designers,constructors,administrators and decision-makers＇ attention to the potential safety hazard and heighten the safety status of green areas.Based on the green masterplan of urban roads as well as gardens and the status quo of construction of urban virescen in the country,the safety problems and its reasons about urban greenbelts and gardens are analyzed.The pathways to get rid of the potential safety hazards are discussed.
