摘要
活性染料冷轧堆染色是目前活性染料染色方法中最具节能减排优势的染色工艺,但是由于使用泡花碱和烧碱等作为固色碱剂,染液的稳定性差,在实际生产中容易形成硅垢,造成染色一次成功率低。生产实践表明,冷轧堆染色专用染液稳定剂DA-GS710,具有一定的增溶和分散作用,能够抑制染料的水解和聚集,有效提高活性染料染液的稳定性,提高染色一次成功率,并且产品的色牢度高、色差小。
Cold pad-batch(CPB) reactive dyeing is the most popular process of energy conservation and emission reduction a- mong reactive dyeing processes. The use of sodium silicate and sodium hydroxide makes the poor dyeing bath stability and forms alkali precipitate in practice production. A new dyeing bath stabilizer is launched to solve the problems effectively during cold pad-batch reactive dyeing. Practical application shows that dyeing bath stability can be improved by using a stabilizer DA- GST10 in cold pad-batch reactive dyeing, and the right-first-time dyeing can be realized with high color fastness and low color difference.
