摘要
本研究分别从山西省成立的三所中等幼儿师范学校随机抽取540名学生和117名教师,分别探讨学生对教师非权力影响力的期望与现状,不同发展阶段教师期望差异,以及师生期望差异的比较。结果表明:(1)学生整体对教师非权力影响力的期望与教师现状差异明显;(2)三个年级的学生对教师非权力影响力的期望表现不同,但差异不显著;(3)不同发展阶段教师对其非权力影响力的期望表现出明显差异;(4)稳定形成阶段教师的期望与学生期望最吻合。
The study randomly provided 540 students and 117 teach ers from three Preschool Teacher Training School in Shanxi province to discuss the students' expectations to the ir teachers' non-authority influence and the teachers' status,the expect difference in different stage of development,and the expect difference between teachers and students.The results indicated that(1)The diff erence between the students' expectations to their teachers' non-authority influence and the teac hers' status was significant;(2)Three different grade students' expectations were different,but not significant;(3)The different expects of teachers in different stage of development were significant;(4)The ex pects to match between the Stable Form and the student was the best.
