摘要
在跨临界CO2汽车空调系统中,内部换热器是主要的传热部件。本文提出螺旋肋片套管式内部换热器这一设想;并对其换热特性进行数值模拟分析,与光滑套管式换热器及直肋片套管式换热器的换热性能相比,螺旋肋片套管式内部换热器的换热效率分别提高44.18%和16.4%;最后对所提出的内部换热器的结构强度进行计算分析。
The internal heat exchanger is the main heat transfer component in the trans critical CO2 automobile air-conditioning system.Develops the spiral-finned double-pipe internal heat exchanger and analyzes its heat transfer characteristics with the methods of simulation and optimization.The heat transfer performance of spiral-finned double-pipe heat exchanger is 44.18% and 16.4% higher than smooth double-pipe and straight-finned double-pipe ones.Finally calculates and analyzes the structural strength of internal heat exchanger.
