摘要
DCS系统由于具有通用性强、系统组态灵活、控制功能完善、运行安全可靠等特点,在国内外电力、石油、化工等生产领域特别是大型发电机组有着较为广泛的应用。本文结合火电厂DCS系统在生产运行中出现的故障实例,对DCS系统故障进行了分类和分析,并就如何维护DCS以及减少DCS故障提出了具体办法和措施。
DCS system with versatility,flexibility in system configuration,control,functional,safe and reliable operation in the domestic and international electric power,petroleum,chemical and other production areas,especially large-scale generating units has a relatively wide range of applications.In this paper,thermal power plant DCS system in the production instance running malfunction,system failure on the DCS were classified and analyzed,and how to maintain DCS made specific methods and measures.
