摘要
师生关系作为学生在学校中重要的人际关系,师生关系的好坏直接作用于每一个学生的心理和学习行为,同时也有力地支撑教师的教学情趣和情绪。本文以高等教育大众化背景为出发点,从高校、教师和学生三个角度对当前高校中不和谐的师生关系进行思考,同时,在分析现状及原因的基础上从大学的教育内容、教师的评价体系以及发挥学生的自主性、主动性来构建高校和谐的师生关系,进而推动和谐校园的建设。
Teacher-student relationship as one of the important interpersonal relationship for students in the university,its good or bad will directly affect students＇ psychology and learning,at the same time supporting and promoting teachers＇ teaching tasting and emotion.In this topic,we start from the background of mass higher education,from college,teaches and students,thinking about the disharmony of relationship between teachers and students in university,we thought following aspects are adverse to teachers＇ and students＇ relationship.At last,we analyzes the present situation and reason,university education should be geared to students＇ life and teachers＇ value evaluating system,developing students＇ indecency and initiative,building harmonious relationship between teachers and students,and will promote harmonious campus construction.
