摘要
目的提高对胆脂瘤型中耳倔突炎的术前X线和CT诊断准确性。方法总结和分析76例（80耳）经手术证实的胆脂瘤型中耳乳突炎的术前X线表现和其中25耳的CT表现结果胆脂瘤型中耳突炎的术前X线诊断符合率为66％，CT诊断符合率为92％。术后复习X片和CT片其诊断率为76％、96％。结论准确的投照位置和条件是提高胆脂瘤型中耳乳突炎的X线诊断的基础，而提高以胆脂瘤病变不典型征象的认识更是关键。如果现结合CT检查，可进一步提高其诊断符合率，并能较好地显示颞骨的精细结构，为临床选择式提供依据。
Objective To improve the imaging diagnosis of otitis media and mastoiditis with cholesteatoma beforeoperation .Methods Seventy six patients (80ears) with otitis media and cholesteatoma proved by operation wereanalysed,conceming the findings of X-ray plai film, CT and operation.Results The right diagnostic rates of X-rayand CT before operataion are 66% and 92% respectively,compared with the 76% and 96% in retrospective analysis afteroperation.Conclusions The photographic postions and conditions and the recognization of untypical signs on X-ray andCT films are the impotrant impacting factors of night diagmonsis of otitis media and mastoiditis with cholesteatoma beforeoperation.
