摘要
通过对大连周边9个试点村屯的新农村建设规划,总结出我国北方农村在基础设施建设方面存在的主要问题,同时在农村饮水、排水、人畜混杂、能源、厕所建设等方面提出了相应的解决办法,以期指导广大农村地区实现可持续发展。
According to the new rural construction planning for nine test villages around Dalian, the paper sums up the main problems in the infrastructure construction in countries of north of China, and points out respective solutions for rural drinking water, drainage, mixture humab with animals, energy, and toilet constructions, so as to direct the realization of the sustainable development in most rural areas.
