摘要
针对石油化工行业中热套式压力容器壁厚增加和温差应力增大问题,提出了基于有限元热-应力耦合分析的方法。建立热套式压力容器筒体结构模型,采用序贯热-应力耦合解法,先进行热分析求解,然后将求解得到的热分析结果当作体载荷施加到结构上进行静力分析,得出热套式压力容器的径向应力、应变和环向应力、应变。
Considering the fact that wall thickness of shrunk-fit pressure vessels can influence the temperature stress,a finite element thermal stress coupling analysis was presented.Basing on the cylinder structure model of this pressure vessel,the value of thermal distribution obtained by sequential thermal stress coupling analysis was exerted on the cylinder structure for static analysis;thus the radial and circumferential stresses and strains of this pressure vessel can be gained for final analysis.
