摘要
目的观察综合康复治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法腰椎间盘突出症患者332例随机分为观察组和对照组各116例,观察组采用手法牵引加中药热敷等康复治疗方法,对照组采用口服双氯芬酸钠肠溶片治疗。结果治疗15 d后,观察组治愈74例、好转84例、未愈8例,总有效率95.8%。对照组治愈56例、好转50例、未愈60例,总有效率63.9%。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手法与中草药热敷治疗腰椎间盘突出疗效显著,值得推广。
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment in lumbar interyvertbral disc protrusion.Methods 332 cases of lumbar intervertbral disc protrusion were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each for 116 cases.The observation group were used traction chinese medicine practice and hot packs and rehabilitation treatment,the control group were used diclofenac sodium mucilage coated tablets.Results After treatment 15 days,the 74 cases recovered,84 cases had improvement,8 cases not improved.The total effect of the observation group was 95.8%.56 cases recovered,50 cases had improvement,60 cases not improved.The total of the observation group was 63.9%.The difference between the two groups was dignificant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion It is quite effective to treat lumbar interyvertbral disc protrusion with traction chinese medicine practice and hot packs and rehabilitation treatment.It is worth for clinical application.
