摘要
本文从点光源出发分析光栅倾斜造成衍射光谱不等高对衍射角度的影响机理,发现光栅倾斜使得光栅常数由垂直于光栅刻痕的间距d 变为直角三角形的斜边d′。利用已知波长的谱线,可求出测量时的等效光栅常数d′。经理论分析和实验证明了一级光谱的误差在0.5nm 以内,与分光计的标称误差相符。
This paper analysed the grating specturm not level for its influence on the diffraction angle from point light source. It discovered that the grating constant change from distance d of perpendicular to grating slit into hypotenuse d ′ of right triangle because of grating inclining. The equivalent grating constant for measuring can be calculated by a spectral line known wavelength.
