摘要
目的:伴随高血压发病机制解析和抗高血压药的不断进展,新型复方制剂能够增强降压效果和减少药品不良反应,使患者的依从性明显改善,成为当前抗高血压治疗的主流。方法:对国内、外文献进行总结分析。结果:大量的循证医学结果证实,复方制剂显示了良好效果和安全性,在控制血压的治疗上标志着一个新里程的开始。结论:日转星移,采用优化的联合用药或复方制剂,正成为降压新趋势和研发热点。
OBJECTIVE： Accompanied by the understanding of the pathogenic mechanism of hypertension and the unceasing development of the antihypertensive drugs,the new compound preparations that can enhance the antihypertensive efficacy but reduce the adverse drug reactions and thus significantly improve patients’compliance have become the main stream in the antihypertensive therapy.METHODS： The pertinent literature both at home and abroad was analyzed.RESULTS： Considerable results from evidence-based medicine demonstrated the good efficacy and safety of the compound preparations,which signifies a beginning of a new stage in antihypertensive therapy.CONCLUSION： As time passes by,adopting optimized combination therapy or compound preparations is becoming the new tendency and hotspot of research and development of antihypertensive therapy.
