光合细菌提高铅、镉及呋喃丹复合污染土壤中酶活性的研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了不同理化因素对光合细菌球形红细菌(Rhodobacter sphaeroides)提高铅、镉和呋喃丹复合污染土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明,该菌株提高转化酶和磷酸酶的最佳条件均为:pH 7、温度30℃及加菌量108个/g土。在最佳条件下,转化酶和磷酸酶的活性分别相对提高52.65%和19.35%。因此,光合细菌能明显提高铅、镉和呋喃丹复合污染土壤酶的活性,改善土壤的环境质量,为光合细菌修复重金属及农药土壤污染的推广应用提供实验依据。 The influences of several factors on the improving in the soil enzyme activities contaminated by lead,cadmium and carbofuran using the photosynthetic bacteria(Rhodobacter sphaeroides) were analyzed in this study.The results showed that the optimum conditions for increasing the enzyme activities of invertase and phosphatase were pH7.0,temperature at 30℃ and the amount bacteria of 108/g soil.Under the optimal conditions,the enzyme activities of invertase and phosphatase were relatively increased by 52.65% and 19.35%.Therefore,photosynthetic bacteria could increase the soil enzyme activities contaminated by lead,cadmium and carbofuran,and could improve the environmental quality of the soil.The result could provide the experimental basis for popularizing and applying the remediation technology of heavy metals and pesticides polluted soils using the photosynthetic bacteria.
