摘要
对传统的磺化碱熔法生产工艺及近年来的研究进展进行综述,传统工艺的研究主要集中在改进产物结晶分离提高目标产物的纯度和收率以及污水处理。绿色化合成技术研究进展,主要包括丙烯萘烷基化氧化工艺,氯萘和萘胺水解工艺,萘直接选择氧化工艺,其中双氧水直接氧化工艺是一种绿色合成工艺,有良好的发展前景。
The traditional production technology of sulpho alkaline fusion and the research advance in recent years were reviewed.The traditional technology was focused on the improvement of the crystallization and separation,purity and yield of production and sewage treatment.The new green synthesis technology included alkylation oxidation process of propylene and naphthalene,hydrolyze process of chloronaphthalenes and naphthylamine,naphthalene direct selection oxygen process.In all these process,hydrogen peroxide direct oxidation process was a green synthesis process and had good development prospect.
