摘要
目的调查数字化病案资源在妇产科临床教学中的应用现状。方法以问卷形式调查临床医学生、进修生对数字化病案的认识和应用状况。结果超过70%的临床医学生和进修生认为数字化病案资源易于检索和阅读,超过50%的医学生和进修生认为该资源有利于系统性和全面性地掌握知识,31.6%的临床医学生、41%的进修生能够熟练应用数字化病案资源,临床医学生主要从教学的途径得知该资源,而进修生主要从同行交流中得知。结论尽管数字化病案资源已在临床广泛应用,但在教学方面仍然有待于积极开发和利用。
Objective to investigate the application current situation of digitalization medical records resources in obstetrics and gynecology clinical teaching.Methods to investigate the knowledge about digitalization and the application current situation of clinical medical students and doctors engaging in advanced studies.Results over 70% of them thought that digitalization medical records resources are easy to retrieve and read;over 50% of them thought that these resources are beneficial to master knowledge systematically and comprehensively;31.6% of clinical medical students and 41% doctors engaging in advanced studies can proficiently apply these resources;clinical medical students know about these resources mainly form teaching while doctors engaging in advanced studies know it from communication with other doctors.Conclusions Although digitalization medical records resources have been applied widely in clinical departments,the teaching aspect still need to be exploited and applied actively.
