摘要
基于炼油厂和石油化工厂中气体压缩过程所占能耗比重较大的情况,分析了"能量头"指标与有关参数的关联,结合空气、氢气和烃类气体的物性讨论了它们在不同条件下的压缩过程中的能量消耗。
Since the requirement of gas compression accounts for a larger portion of energy consumption in petroleum refineries and petrochemical plants, the correlation of the "Energy Head" with other relative parameters is analyzed, and the energy consumptions of air, hydrogen and hydrocarbons in compression process under different conditions are discussed. The unneglecable impacts of conventional and new control strategies of reciprocating and centrifugal compressors are described.
