摘要
目的：探讨椎管内神经鞘瘤的诊断及手术治疗经验。方法：回顾分析20例椎管内神经鞘瘤的诊疗情况及术后随访资料。结果：术后随访6~30个月,肿瘤无复发,患者症状均明显改善。结论：MRI是当前椎管内神经鞘瘤最重要的诊断方法。
Objective：To explore the clinical diagnosis and surgical treatment of spinal canal neurilemmoma.Methods： Twenty cases of spinal canal neurilemmoma were retrospective analyzed from June 2004 to March 2010.All the characteristics of the cases were recorded and analyzed carefully,including the clinical manifestation,the radiologic data the neural functions.Results： During the follow-up period ranged from 6 months to 30 months,no recurrence of the tumor was found.All patients had obviously the restoration of neurological function.Conclusion： MRI is currently the most important diagnostic method for spinal canal neurilemmoma.
