摘要
目的:探讨自体CIK细胞治疗中晚期消化道恶性肿瘤的临床疗效及护理措施。方法:37例中晚期消化道恶性肿瘤住院患者于2008年5月～2010年5月给予了自体CIK细胞输注治疗,并在CIK细胞回输前、回输中和回输后给予了精心的护理措施。结果:37例肿瘤患者接受自体CIK细胞输注后,血清肿瘤标志物水平明显下降,临床症状明显改善,总有效率为64.9%。结论:自体CIK细胞过继免疫治疗中晚期消化道恶性肿瘤安全有效。
Objective：To investigate effects and nursing measure of self-ClK cell in the treatment of moderate to advanced digestive malignant tumor.Methods：Thirty-seven hospitalized patients with digestive malignant tumor received self-ClK cell treatment in May 2008 to May 2010,and they received careful and comprehend nursing measure simultaneously.Results：After self-CIK cell treatment,their clinical symptoms significantly improved,and serum CEA,AFP, CA199,CA50 examination descended obviously compared with pre-treatment,P〈0.05. The total effective rate was 64.9%.Conclusion：Self-CIK cell transfusion is a safe and curative method in treating patients with moderate to advanced digestive malignant tumor.
