摘要
气体钻井技术已被世界公认为是缩短钻井时间、降低钻井成本、解放油气层的一种实用技术,但是随之出现的钻具失效问题成为广大钻井工作者面临的一道技术难题。针对气体钻井钻具失效问题进行了国内外文献检索和现场情况调研,特别对川东北和伊朗南部地区TABNAK气田气体钻井钻具失效情况进行了深入调查。结合相关理论和现场经验对现场资料进行分析,找出了气体钻井钻具失效的主要特点及原因,并提出了避免井下钻具失效的合理技术措施。
Aiming at failure of drilling tool in gas drilling,searching the field situation of gas drilling was carried and surveyed,specifically at northeastern Sichuan gas field and TABNAK gas field were directed.The site condition data using relevant theory and field experience was analyzed and the main characteristics and causes of the drilling tool failure in air drilling were found out.The reasonable proposal of how to avoid drilling tool failure in air drilling was put forward,the scientific basis for decreasing or preventing drilling tool failure in air drilling was proposed.
