下套管作业是完井作业中的一个重要施工环节,确定套管最大安全下放速度,并在施工过程中加以监控对安全作业至关重要。分析了套管下放速度过快带来的危害,讨论了确定套管最高允许下放速度的方法和理由,提出了建议性的监控方法。
Casing running is a very important stage in well completion.Casing running velocity may directly determine the final result of the casing job.It is utmost important to determine the maximum allowable casing running velocity accurately and to monitor it during the casing running process for the safety of the casing job.The harm associated with casing running into the hole with ultra-high speed is described,and the means to determine the maximum allowable casing running velocity is presented,and finally the proposal means to monitor it is recommended.
