摘要
环形高效预应力体系具有材料强度高、结构变形小、抗裂及抗渗性能好、耐久性高等优点,在用于浅埋隧洞和隧洞衬砌情况下,综合技术经济效益显著。本文以大伙房水库输水(二期)工程隧洞后张法环形无粘结预应力混凝土衬砌施工为实例,系统阐述了有关施工工艺和关键的施工技术,为类似工程的设计和施工提供了一套先进、成熟和完整的指导性方案。
The annular high-effect pre-stressing system has the merits of high material strength, less structural deformation, better anti-cracking and anti-seepage performances, good durability, etc. , and then, if it is applied to the shallow buried tunnel or the tunnel lining, the comprehensive techno-economic benefit will be surely significant. Taking the construction of the post-tension non-cohesive annular pre-stressing concrete lining for the tunnel of Dahuofang Reservoir Water Conveyance Project Phase II as an actual case, the relevant technology and key construction techniques are systematically described herein; which provide a set of advanced, matured, integrated and guidance schemes for both the design and construction of the similar project.
