摘要
卷帘密封型干式气柜是一种利用活塞移动而改变相体容积来信在气体的设施，目前已普遍用于储存煤气．与湿式气柜、稀油密封型等气柜相比，卷帘密封干式气相具有性能优越、结构合理、操作维护费用低等特点，是一种新型、节能、环保型设备，适宜在石油化工企业中推广应用．介绍了卷帘密封型干式气柜的主要结构及工作原理，针对炼油企业低压燃料气与煤气组分不同，在设计工作中对设备布置、附属设施、自控、消防等方面进秆改进，使该种气柜满足炼厂低压燃料气的储存要求。
Wiggins dry seal gasholders, whose storage volumeare changeable with the movement of pistons, currentlyhave been widely applied to store town gas. They have theadvantages of excellent performance, reasonable structureand low operational and maintenance costs compared withwater seal gasholders and Man waterless gasholders, arenew energy -saving and environment - friendly facilitiesand are suitable for deployment in oil refining andchemical engineering enterprises. This paper introduces itsmain structures and operational principles. Inconsideration of the differences between low pressure fuelgas and town gas, technical transformations in thefollowing aspects including equipment arrangement,attached equipment, automatic control and fire controlshould be performed in designing this type of gasholdersso as to meet the requirements of low pressure fuel gas inrefineries.
