摘要
研究了聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维(NACF)的制备条件,如活化温度、活化时间对产品收率、比表面积及对正丁硫醇吸附与脱除性能的影响。结果表明,要获得吸附性能较好的NACF,活化温度必须在800℃以上,活化时间必须在30min以上。此外,为达到脱除硫醇的目的,NACF还必须负载合适的催化剂。负载钴盐后的NACF对硫醇硫的脱除量高达1g/g,在液固比2000(ml/g)的条件下,可使己烷溶液中硫醇硫的质量分数由500×10-6降到10×10-6以下。
PAN based ACF(NACF) was made from PAN fiber through preoxidation and activation at high temperature with H 2O as activating agent.The influence of preparation conditions such as activated temperature and time on yield,specific surface area and adsorption behavior towards n-butanethiol was studied.The results show that activation temperature over 800℃ and activation time over 30 minutes are required in order to obtain NACF having satisfactory adsorption capacity towards thiol.In addition,dispersion on the fibre of an appropriate catalyst such as cobalt salt is needed.The sweetening capacity of cobalt salt dispersed NACF(NACF-Co) to n-butanethiol may over 1000 mg/g. On condition that the ratio of liquid to solid is under 2000 ml/g,NACF-Co may reduce the content of thiol-sulfur from 500×10 -6 to below 10×10 -6 .
