摘要
为使DNT废水达到可生化处理,提出采用酸析-超声波+超重力+臭氧高级氧化技术耦合工艺对其进行预处理的方法。结果表明,在超重机转速为1 400 r.min-1、初始pH为12、臭氧投加量为50 mg·min-1、超声波功率为900 W、气液体积比为0.5、处理时间为5 h的条件下,酸析后的DNT废水经超声波+超重力+臭氧法氧化处理后,其COD去除率达到94.04%,硝基化合物去除率达98.6%,BOD/COD为0.68,可使用一般的生化法进行后续处理。
To achieve the target of biochemical treatment of DNT wastewater, a new advanced oxidation coupling technologies is used for pretreatment which is ultrasound+high-gravity+ozone processes combined with acid precipitation. The results showed that,when speed of rotating packed bed is 1 400 r·min^-1, initial pH value is 12, ozone dosage is 50 mg ·min^-1, ultrasonic power is 900 W, ratio of gas to liquid is 0.5 L·L^-1 and reactive time is 5 h, after acid precipitation, treating DNT wastewater by applying ultrasound+high-gravity+ozone processes, the COD removal rate reach 94.04%, the nitro compounds removal rate reach 98.6%,BOD/COD =0.68, the subsequent treatment can be reached by general biochemical processing.
