摘要
介绍了攀钢集团开发汽车结构用SAPH440热轧带钢的化学成分设计,冶炼、连铸和热轧工艺制订,以及实际试制钢板的化学成分、组织与性能。试制结果表明,通过降低钢中碳、硫含量,利用钙处理控制MnS夹杂物形态,并添加微量钛合金和控制卷取温度等措施,使SAPH440热轧钢板具有良好的冷成形性,冲压合格率高,性能波动小,生产成本低,现已应用于多家用户的汽车车轮、车架等结构件的制作。
The designed chemical composition and process parameters,the actual chemical composite,microstructure and mechanical property of SAPH440 hot-rolled strip in Panzhihua Steel Group Co.,Ltd.were introduced. The results showed that through decreasing C,S content,controlling MnS form,adding little Ti and controlling coiling temperature,SAPH440 hot-rolled sheet steel could achieve well cold formability,high pressing pass rate, little performance wave,low production cost.It has been used in making automobile wheel and frame at present.
