摘要
目的分析ICU血管内导管相关性血流感染高危因素及其预防方法,为使血流感染降低其发生率提供依据。方法回顾性分析我院64例ICU血管内导管相关性血流感染患者的一般情况和治疗过程,分析相关高危因素,并探讨预防方法。结果血管内导管相关性血流感染多发于ICU,这与患者的疾病类型,身体情况,抗生素剂量等有着密切的关系。结论操作规范、监管,穿刺点的正确选择处理及护理,抗生素的合理使用,置管时间的控制是ICU预防血管内导管相关性血流感染的重要手段。
Objective To analyze the high risk factor,prevention and treatment about intravascular catheter-related bloodstream infection in ICU.To provide a references for reduce the infection.Methods The general state and therapeutic regimen about 64 cases of intravascular catheter-related bloodstream infection were reviewed retrospectively.The high risk factor and precautions were researched.Results Intravascular catheter-related bloodstream infection was multiple in ICU,and it was relevant to disease types,physical quality,antibiotic dose.Conclusion Operative procedure and inspection profession,correct selection of the puncture point,and rational use antibiotic,control the time of put canal is the way to prevention and treatment about intravascular catheter-related bloodstream infection in ICU.
