摘要
目的通过影像学分析,选出一个较为可靠且快速鉴别听神经与三叉神经鞘瘤的指标。方法对47例经手术病理证实的听神经和三叉神经鞘瘤病人影像学资料采用单因素方差分析。结果 38例听神经鞘瘤除1例肿瘤体积巨大外,其余病例瘤体均未骑跨或未达到岩骨尖部;9例三叉神经鞘瘤除1例肿瘤较小外,其余均骑跨或半骑跨岩尖部(即跨中后颅凹)。结论瘤体是否骑跨或半骑跨岩尖部可以作为鉴别听神经鞘瘤与三叉神经鞘瘤的一项快速实用的影像学诊断指标。
Objective To find an expeditious diadynamic criteria between acoustic neurinoma and trigeminal neurinoma through analyzing CT or MRI.Methods Collecting 47 cases of acoustic neurinoma and trigeminal neurinoma which confirmed by pathology and surgery,imageology data analysed by single factor analysis of variance.Results All acoustic neurinoma had uncoated petrous bone horn except a huge one,all trigeminal neurinoma had coated petrous bone horn except a very Little one.Conclusion whether petrous bone horn coated by tumor is an expeditious diadynamic criteria to distinguish between acoustic neurinoma and trigeminal neurinoma.
