非浓缩尿蛋白电泳技术在糖尿病肾病诊断中的临床应用

摘要 [目的]应用SDS—AGE非浓缩尿蛋白电泳技术,分析糖尿病肾病患者蛋白尿成分特点。[方法]采用全自动琼脂糖凝胶电泳分析仪对20例正常对照组及40例糖尿病患者进行尿蛋白电泳分析。[结果]40例糖尿病患者尿蛋白经SDS-AGE电泳后。根据蛋白质分子量的大小顺序排列在凝胶上可区分为肾小球型、肾小管型、混合型、溢出型及生理型蛋白尿。[结论]非浓缩尿蛋白电泳分析,能早期敏感的检测尿蛋白组成成分的变化,当医院条件缺乏肾组织活检时,可为临床医生提供诊断糖尿病肾病,肾脏损伤部位和程度的依据。 [ Objective ] SDS - AGE of non - concentrated urine protein eleetrophoresis, analysis of characteristics of patients with diabetic nephropathy proteinuria components.[ Method ] The automatic analyzer agarose gel electrophoresis in 20 normal controls and 40 cases of diabetes in patients with urine protein electrophoresis. [ Results ] 40 patients with diabetes mellitus urine protein electrophoresis by SDS - AGE. According to the size of the molecular weight of proteins on the gel order can be divided into glomerular type, tubular type, mixed, overflow proteinuria in type and physical type. [ Conclusion ] The non - concentrated urine protein electrophoresis, to early detection of urine protein sensitive to changes in the composition, when the hospital conditions, the lack of renal biopsy, can provide clinicians with diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy, kidney damage location and extent of the basis.
