摘要
目的 评估人类组织相容性抗原(HLA) 在慢性肾小球肾炎所致肾功能衰竭病人中的免疫遗传学本质。 方法 用单抗免疫磁珠HLAⅠ类分型和PCRSSPHLAⅡ类分型技术,对广东地区219 例汉族慢性肾小球肾炎病人和406 例健康人进行HLAⅠ、Ⅱ类抗原频率,基因频率,单倍型频率,风险系数等分析。 结果 疾病组HLAB13 、B35 、B55 、DR7 、DR10 、DR12 、DQ7 基因频率和AllB60 、AllDR10 、AllDR12 、AllDQ7 、A24DR14 、DR10B60 、DR10DQ7 、DR12DQ7 单倍型频率显著升高(RR> 384 ,P 均< 005) 。结论 慢性肾小球肾炎与HLA 系统免疫机制有较强关联,HLAB55 、DR10 、DQ7 可能是广东人群易感慢性肾小球肾炎的风险因子。
Objective To evaluate the immune genetic function of HLA in end stage renal diseases due to chronic glomerulonephritis(CGN). Methods With the use of monoclon antibody immunobeads HLA class Ⅰ typing technique and PCR SSP HLA class Ⅱ typing technique,HLA class Ⅰ and Ⅱ antigen frequence,gene frequence,haplotype frequence and risk index were analyzed in chronic glomerulonephritis patients and in normal Guangdong inhabitants of Han nationality as controls. Result In the patient group,HLA B13,B35,B55,DR7,DR10,DR12 and DQ7 gene frequence and All B60,All DR12,All DQ7,A24 DR14,DR10 B60,DR10 DQ7,DR12 DQ7 haplotype frequence were significantly higher than those of control group (RR>3.84, P <0.05). Conclusions CGN is quite strongly related to immune system of HLA.This study is the first to report HLA B55,DR10 and DQ7 which might be the risk factors of CGN in Guangdong population.
