摘要
介绍了劈尖干涉的原理,利用分振幅法将一束光分为两束光,在介质膜上、下表面反射的光在膜的上表面附近相遇,而发生干涉,在介质表面就会观察到明暗相间、等间距的条纹。探讨了劈尖干涉理论在检查平面的平整度及计算平面凹凸的深度、测量微小长度、微小角度等很多实际应用的结论,改进了测量微笑长度的方法。
Introduces the principle of Wedge interference,a beam of light is divided into two beam using sub-amplitude method,lights of reflection from lower surface and upper surface of medium film meet near the upper surface of the film,the interference occurs will observed light and dark,equidistant stripes in medium surface.Discusses many practical applications on Interference theory of the wedge surface such as checking surface flatness,calculating the depth of concave and convex surface,measuring the tiny length and angle and so on,and improves the methods of measuring tiny lengths.
