摘要
研究了旨在提高硅橡胶/玻璃布粘接性能的玻璃布表面处理及硅橡胶/玻璃布复合材料在宽广温度范围(-100~+ 100 ℃)的力学性能。结果表明,KH550/A151 和间苯二酚/A151 是玻璃布的有效表面处理剂;经玻璃布增强后可大幅度提高硅橡胶力学性能;复合材料低温性能受硅橡胶低温性能的影响显著。
The surface modification of glass fabric(GFC) for improving the adhesion properties of silicone rubber(MPVQ 120 1)/GFc, and the mechanical properties of MPVQ 120 1 vulcanizates and MPVQ 120 1/GFc composites at wide variety of temperature(-100^+100 ℃) were studied in this paper. The results show that γ aminopropyl triethoxysilane(KH550)/vinyl triethoxysilane(A151) and resorcinol/A151 are two effective surface modifying agent systems for GFc. Strengthened with GFc, mechanical properties of silicone vulcanizates can be improved significantly. Properties of MPVQ 120 1/GFc at low temperature are influenced by that of silicone rubber, especially by crystallization, for a example, elongation at break is observed maximum at -60 ℃ and tensile strength at -80 ℃, both for the vulcanizates and composites.
