摘要
苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯在无乳化剂条件下,加入少量的阳离子单体N,N-二甲基,N-丁基,N-甲基丙烯酰氧乙基溴化铵,在引发剂偶氮二异丁基脒盐酸盐作用下,合成了一系列粒子分散均一、表面干净的阳离子乳液。深入考察了引发剂浓度、共聚单体浓度、离子强度及pH值对粒径、粒子数目、粒子表面性质的影响,结果表明,可以通过以上各因素来控制胶乳粒子的粒径、粒子数目,而粒子表面电荷密度是由共聚单体浓度、引发剂浓度、离子强度等因素决定。所合成的胶乳耐电解质、耐有机溶剂的性能很好。
In the presence of cationic comonomer N,N dimethyl, N butyl, N methacryloloxylethyl ammonium bromide and the initiator 2,2′ azo bis(isobutyramidine hydrochloride), soap free cationic emulsion copolymerization of styrene and butyl acrylate were carried out. The effects of initiator content, comonomer centent, ionic strength and pH valume on the size of latex particles and the properties of particles surface were inverstigated in detail. The results show: w and N p is controled by the above various factors. The surface properties of particles are determined by comonomer concentration, initiator concentration and ionic strength. The electrolyte resistant organic solvent resistant properties of copolymer emulsion were very good and the structure of copolymer films was anylyzed by DSC.
