基于太阳电池的大范围太阳光入射角测量方法研究 被引量:9

摘要 针对目前太阳光线角度测量中利用开关量测量方法精度差、光敏元件多或利用模拟量测量方法测量范围小、光敏元件特性的不一致性难以处理的缺点,提出利用太阳电池旋转而使产生的短路电流交变的特点,通过DFT求解交变电流的初相位计算太阳光线角度的方法。该方法利用一次旋转可以求一个角度,消除了光敏元件特性不一致性的困难,所用光敏元件少,测量范围大。推导了短路电流与旋转角度之间的关系,并给出了实测结果,实验结果表明了该方法的有效性。 In the current sunlight angle t, many photosensitive components are used in digital signal measurement with low precision and the characteristics difference between photosensitive components which affects the results in analog signal measurement. Because the short circuit current of solar cell is alternated with cell' s rotation, a method with minor components and large range measurement is put forward, and the angles are obtained by calculating the phase of short circuit current with DFT. The difference between components is avoided because an angle is gotten by once cell rotation. Short circuit current characteristic with rotation angle and test results are presented. The test results show its effectiveness.
