摘要
根据对居家养老服务内涵的分析,认为居家养老服务应包括生活照料、志愿者服务、信息咨询、家政服务等几个维度。借助于抽样调查所得到的数据,利用结构方程模型(SEM)建立包含7个测量维度(一阶因子)的二阶因子分析模型。实证表明,该模型不仅可以有效反映老年人居家养老服务中高价因子的结构现状,而且可以确定各维度在居家养老服务整体中的相对影响力(重要性)。据此,为老年人居家养老服务措施的改进提供可靠的实证依据。
The research indicates that the connotation of home-based care for the aged should include following dimensions： the life care, the serve of volunteers, the information consultant, and the household service, etc. With the aid of data obtained in the sample investigation, the research used structural equation model （SEM） which contains 7 first-order factors to establish a second-order factor analysis model. The result demonstrations that this model reflects the true structural situation of the high-order factor of the home-based care for aged, but also reflects the first-order factors＇ influence on the care. Based on the analysis of the model, we can take the effective measures to improve home-based care for the aged.
