摘要
用较少的投资改造现有设备,作到“一机多用”,以适应我国塑料原料的发展现状,是塑料加工业界的新课题,为此而设计的通用新型螺杆,已在SJ-65型吹塑薄膜机组上取得良好的应用效果。本文详述了新螺杆的结构设计和主要几何参数的选择,结果表明,新螺杆适用各种聚乙烯原料的挤塑加工,与原有机组和日本同类型机组比较,比流量提高11~17%;产量提高30%以上;能耗降低12~18%;质量符合企业现用标准。
It is a new subject for plastic processing industry to remake existing machine with less investment, and make one machinefor multipupose, adapting for the development of Chinese plastics industry. A new general-purpose screw has been designedand applied to S.J-65 film blowing moulding machine sets, and good results were achieved. The structure design and the choiceof the geometry parameter of the screw were described in this paper. The results showed that the screw is suitable for the extru-sion moulding of different grades PE. Compared with non-remade sets and Japanese sets, the specific flow was increased 11-17%, output increased more than 30%, power consume decreased 12-18%, and the product quality comes up to enterprise standard.
