摘要
用硅胶柱层析分离马缨丹(Lantana camara L.)根部乙醇浸提物获得25个组分,其中三个组分对HIV逆转录酶(HIV reverse transcriptase,HIV RT)活性有抑制作用。使用减压柱层析从部分组分中分离获得了6个五环三萜类化合物,它们的结构经波谱分析分别鉴定为齐墩果酮酸(oleanonic acid,1)、路路通内酯(liquidambariclactone,2),马缨丹烯A(lantadene A,3)、马缨丹烯B(lantadene B,4)、齐墩果酸(oleanolic acid,5)和25-羟基-齐墩果酸(25-hydroxy-oleanolic acid,6)。其中,化合物2和6首次从马鞭草科植物中分离得到,同时,首次报道了化合物6的单晶结构。
Among the 25 fractions obtained from the alcohol extractive of the roots of Lantana camara L. (Verbenaceae) by silica gel column chromatography, three fractions demonstrated inhibitory HIV-1 reverse transcriptase activity. Furthermore, six pentacyclic triterpenes were isolated by reduced pressure column chromatography and identified as oleanonie acid ( 1 ), liquidambaric laetone ( 2 ), lantadene A ( 3 ), lantadene B ( 4 ), oleanolic acid ( 5 ), and 25-hydroxy-oleanolic acid(6) by spectral analysis. Compounds 2 and 6 were reported firstly in the plants of Verbenaceae family, and the structure of 6 was confirmed firstly by X-ray crystallography.
