摘要
设计了一种移动式矿用设备故障监测及诊断系统,系统由车载在线监测单元、无线网络、监测诊断中心3部分组成.移动式设备分系统通过无线网络联成一个集成统一的整体.从数据采集传输、管理和应用3方面论述了该故障监测诊断系统,以及车载单元与监测诊断中心信息管理功能的实现,为移动式设备的故障监测诊断应用提供了一种思路.
A fault monitoring and diagnosis system for mobile mining equipment is designed,which consists of on-line monitoring units of vehicle,wireless network,monitoring and diagnosis center.It integrates every mobile equipment as subsystem into a unified whole through a wireless network.This paper describes the fault monitoring and diagnosis system from data acquisition transmission,data management and data applications,and also discusses the function of on-line monitoring units of the vehicle and the monitoring diagnosis center.It provides a thought for fault monitoring and diagnosis of mobile mining equipment.
