摘要
建设国有企业学习型党组织是国有企业党组织充分发挥政治核心作用的必然要求。国有企业学习型党组织具有政治性、团队性、创新性、人本性和系统性特征。建立以目标、学习、组织、制度等体系为主要内容的长效机制是推进国有企业学习型党组织建设的基本途径。
To fully exert its key political role,it is an inevitable request for a state-owned enterprise Party organization to construct a learning-oriented Party organization.A state-owned Party organization is characterized by being political,teamwork,innovative,people-oriented and systematic.The fundamental approach to push forward the construction of a learning-oriented Party organization of a state-owned enterprise is to establish a long-effect mechanism with the main content of goals,learning,organization,system.
