摘要 目的 :探讨喷粉抛光技术对牙釉质和牙骨质表面组织结构的影响程度 .方法 :随机选择健康恒切牙、双尖牙和磨牙各 3颗 ,分别在每个牙冠和牙根各切取 5个标本 牙釉质和牙骨质标本各 45个 ,各分成五组 ,在相同的条件下对其进行喷粉抛光 ,各组喷粉时间分别为 0、5、10、30、60 s,应用卡尺测量喷粉抛光前后标本的厚度 ,然后在扫描电镜下观察其表面结构的变化 .结果 :在同一组的牙釉质或牙骨质标本的表面结构变化和磨损厚度没有明显差异 ;在牙釉质标本表面 ,即使喷粉时间达 60 s,其结构及磨损厚度变化也不明显 ;但牙骨质表面 ,喷粉时间仅 5 s,其表面结构就有实质性的变化 ,时间越长 ,磨损越严重 ,其磨损厚度呈直线性改变 .结论 :在牙周病的治疗和预防过程中 ,不仅要考虑到喷粉抛光技术的有效一面 。 Objective:To investigate the airpolishing technique effects on enamel and cementum.Methods:3 incisors、3 bicuspids、3 molars were selected.5 enamel and 5 cementum speciments wre got from crown and root of each tooth.Total 45 enamel and 45 cementum specimens were divided into 5 groups respectively.On the same conditions,the groups separately were exposed to the spray for 0、5、10、30、60 seconds.The tested specimen thickness were measured initially and after airpolishing with calipers,then the specimens were abserved by scanning electron microscopy.Results:There was no obvious difference on the surfaces of enamel or cementum speciments in the same group.There was no visible effect on enamel when the spray was directed at the surface as long as 60 seconds.However,that as little as 5 seconds of continuous spray caused a substantial loss of structure when the spray was directed at cementum.The spraying time was longer,the abrasive effect on cementum was more serious,this structural loss was linearly related to the amount of time the area was subjected to the spray.Conclusion:Despite the effectiveness of the dental airpolishing technique,the negative aspects should be considered in the decision to use airpolishing.
