摘要
目的:探讨部队老年慢性病患者的心理状况及相关因素,为临床治疗、健康教育和临床护理提供相应的依据,并制定有利于老年患者康复的相应对策。方法:选择2008年6月～2010年12月某军区干休所中离退休老年患者138例为研究对象,对住院患者发放症状自评量表(SCL-90)和一般状况调查表,了解患者住院期间的心理情况。结果:部队老年慢性病患者的症状自评得分显著低于常模(P<0.05),除神经病性因子得分外,其他因子得分均显著低于常模(P<0.05);患者的症状自评得分与其职级、年龄、家庭来源、文化程度和自觉病情程度呈相关性(P<0.05)。结论:部队老年慢性病患者的心理健康状况整体水平有待于提高,护理人员应在实施护理的过程中考虑到影响老年慢性病患者心理状况的因素,提高护理服务质量。
To explore the psychological forces elderly patients with chronic conditions and related factors for clinical treatment, health education and provide a basis for clinical care and rehabilitation of elderly patients to develop beneficial and appropriate measure. Methods：Select from June 2008 to December 2010 of a retired military retired cadres in 138 cases of elderly patients for the study, released on hospitalized patients symptom checklist （SCL - 90 ） and the general condition survey to understand the patients during hospitalization psychological situation. Result ： Forces elderly patients with chronic symptoms self - assessment scores were significantly lower than the norm （P 〈 0.05 ）, except neuropathic factor scores, the other factor scores were significantly lower than the norm （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; patients with symptoms self - assessment scores rank, age, family origin, education level and perceived severity of disease was associated （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Forces elderly patients with chronic mental health of the overall level to be increased, the implementation ofnursing care should be taken into account in the process of elderly patients with chronic psychological factors and improve care quality.
