摘要
冯家山灌区有6座小(一)型渠库结合水库,工程建成投运以来一直带病低水位运行或空库度汛,工程作用未得到充分发挥。在该6座水库除险加固设计中美水沟水库存在库容小,但洪量大,新增泄洪设施投资大的特点,本文通过对美水沟水库新增溢洪道工程设计中,怎样合理计算确定洪水量和优化结构设计,减少泄洪设施规模,降低工程投资提出几点意见,以利于水库除险加固工程设计更加科学合理,供类似工程参考应用。
There are six small-sized reservoirs in Fengjiashan Irrigation Area,which is conjunct with the canal on the top of its earthfill dam.Regretfully,these reservoirs are inefficient since their constructin,because they have been operating in a low water level and in a situation of empty volume during water flooding duration. Here,taking Meishuigou Reservoir as a case,which has the characteristics of small volume,huge water flood discharging and costly investment to the added spillway,some valuable opinions and approaches are put forward including how to reinforce it,and in its remedying design,how to determine the water flooding discharge,how to minimize the size of spillway,how to reduce the investment of the reinforcement project and so on,so as to provide references for similar projects.
