摘要
本文从分析信息化时代对高校图书馆的影响和对馆员的素质要求入手,对照淄博职业学院图书馆与其他高校图书馆信息资源和人力资源的差距,探讨一条既符合高等职业院校管理模式又可以有效提升高职院校图书馆馆员素质的途径,从而实现高职院校图书馆为读者提供高质量信息服务的工作目标。
The paper begins with the analysis of the quality requirements of librarians and the influences of the college Libraries by informationization times. Comparing the differences of the information and human resources between Zibo Vocational Institute library and other university libraries, we are going to explore a management model according with our college and an avenue that can improve the quality of our college librarians. , so that the work goal that our college library can provide readers and other Higher vocational colleges construction with high - quality information services.
