摘要
本文从知识转移主体的角度,探讨了知识转移的机制,提出利用先进的管理理论和技术,将图书馆内外部知识资源整合形成良性循环以促进知识增值,并分析出影响知识转移的几个因素。
From the subject of knowledge transfer,the article explores the mechanism of knowledge transfer.The author puts forward we could integrate library internal and external knowledge resource to make bening circulation in order to improve knowledge rising in value.The author also analyzes some factors influencing knowledge transfer.
