摘要
我国目前处于经济高速发展时期,经济建设过程中的污染与排放将对资源环境有着怎样的作用和影响,是关乎我们每一个人的重大民生问题。在分析经济发展与资源环境间相互间关系的基础上,针对我国数据进行实证检验,并结合我国的实际情况提出从制度创新的角度保护我国的生态环境,消除经济发展过程对资源与环境的负面影响。
China is undergoing a rapid economic development period.The impact of pollution and emissions on resources and environment in the process of economic development has effects on our livelihood.After the review of interaction theory among economic development,resource and environment,this paper makes an empirical study based on the data in China.Combining with the actual situation of China,it is proposed that we should protect our environment and eliminate the negative impact on environment from the perspective of system innovation.
