摘要
文章结合国家注册工程师制度分析土木专业的就业及发展方向,引导学生建立自己的职业规划,明确学习目标,激发学习兴趣。同时强调本科教育应培养高素质、厚基础、宽专业、综合能力强的复合型人才,保持土木工程专业教育的可持续性发展。
Combined with the registered engineer system in P.R.China,I analyzed employment and development direction of civil engineering majors to help students establish their career planning and study target.To keep durative development of civil engineering education,the undergraduate education should focus on training compound talents with high quality,solid professional knowledge,and good comprehensive ability.
