摘要
苯乙烯与马来酸酐在引发剂下反应得到苯-马聚合物,再与混合高碳醇酯化得到目标产物SMAA,并通过单因素实验和正交实验研究了SMAA合成的最佳反应条件及对辽宁瑞达石油技术有限公司高凝原油的降凝效果。制备苯-马聚合物(SMA)的最佳工艺条件:n(马来酸酐)/n(苯乙烯)=1︰2、聚合温度75℃、聚合时间4 h、引发剂用量0.75%(马来酸酐与苯乙烯总质量);合成苯-马共聚物高碳醇酯(SMAA)适宜条件:n(SMA)/n(混合醇)=1︰1、催化剂用量1%(SMA与混合高碳醇总质量),酯化时间3 h。在加剂量1.5%时,实验原油凝点可降6℃。
Styrene reacted with maleic anhydride under the initiator condition to prepare copolymer(SMA).Then,the copolymer reacted with mixed higher alcohols to gain the target product(SMAA).The optimal synthesis conditions of SMAA were studied by single factor and orthogonal experiment,and depression effect for high pour point crude from Liaoning Rita petroleum technology company was investigated.The results show that the best technological conditions of preparing SMA:molar ratio of maletic anhydride to styrene is 1 to 2,polymerization temperature is 75 ℃,polymerization time is 4 h,BPO amount is 0.75%(based on total mass of Maleic anhydride and Styrene);the appropriate conditions of preparing SMAA: molar ratio of SMA and mixed alcohol is 1 to 1,catalyst amount is 1%(based on total mass of SMA and Mixture of higher alcohols),esterification time is 3 h.When dosage of the pour point depressant is 1.5%,the freezing point can be reduced by 6 ℃.
